I don’t know what was more ridiculous last night: CBS’s Jim Nance INSISTING that Tiger and Phil have a chance on Sunday or the obit on Fuzzy Zoeller letting us know that his 1997 racist rant was “just a joke”. #1: There are 11 players between El’Tigre and first. The odds that all eleven stumble badly and he goes miracle round are incalcuable. #2: Look at this video and try to imagine how ANYONE could be making excuses for it to this day. CBS, this was a BIG mistake and YOU know it…
MY PREDICTION: El’Tigre is farther behind by the end of the day, going WAY out on a limb here…One of the funniest things about all this is the G and T in his hand as he is speaking. Can you IMAGINE Jack with a cocktail coming out to speak to the press? It’s UNTHINKABLE!!
