Let’s get one thing out of the way RIGHT off the bat: Wild horses couldn’t drag me off to a viewing of American Idol. Yes, I have wasted, err, spent a few minutes passing by it, mostly to check out Paula, (hit me back, girl!) but that’s it!!
Somehow while looking into Country videos on YouTube I bumped into this version of Randy Travis’ “I Told You So” featuring Randy singing a duet of his hit with Carrie Underwood on American Idol. As with almost everything else on theTube, there is absolutely NO clue as to WHEN this happened, I’m guessing this year?
I just can’t get enough of Carrie practically jumpin’ out of her straps with that VOICE. She is almost too powerful and operatic to be singing this style of music! Not sure what’s going on with the hair tie from her 1999 prom outfit, guess it’s an Idol thing…
